Community Needs Assessment

Long Hollow District seeks to understand gaps in service and community needs. This survey is designed to help the District qualify for State and Federal grants by identifying and assessing community concerns, needs, and assets.

District members MUST complete the Community Needs Assessment (CNA) to apply for ARPA cash assistance. SAVE your Entry Number once you submit your CNA and enter the number on your ARPA Individual Assistance application.
